No Guarantees

Results vary by individual. No specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed.

⁠Payments & Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected services. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services. All purchases are final and no refunds will be issued.

Scheduling

Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending sessions within the applicable service period. Missed appointments may be forfeited without refund.

⁠Termination of Services

True Zone Functional Health LLC may terminate services at any time for violation of policies or inappropriate conduct.

⁠Intellectual Property

All materials, programs, and content are the property of True Zone Functional Health LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

True Zone Functional Health LLC shall not be liable for any damages resulting from participation in coaching or educational services.
